We ordered a Chicken Honolulu, spam musubi and a side of pineapple but we left without the musubi and pineapple. We came back and they gave us extra! Amazing costumer service!

I ordered delivery and it got here way faster than I thought it would!!! The food was still warm, everything was packed really well, and nothing was missing!!! super happy with the whole experience!!!

I ordered from hawaiianbros for dinner and had a smooth experience overall. The site was easy to use, the menu loaded quickly, and checkout was simple with no issues. I also liked being able to choose my pickup time, and my order was ready when I got there. The food was still warm and everything was correct. The only small downside was that the confirmation email took a little while to come through, so I wasn’t totally sure at first if the order went through. Other than that, it was a good experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

Got my order exactly the way I asked for it, including all the sauces and sides. Nothing was missing, which I really appreciate. "Thank you" for getting it right!

One of the sides was missing from my order, so I messaged them thinking it was gonna be a whole hassle. They replied quick, said sorry, and fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. super nice service and I’ll defintely order again...

I stopped by around lunchtime today and was surprised at how fast the food came out. Last time I had to wait a bit longer, but this time it felt like barely a few minutes before everything was ready. Definitely a nice change when you’re hungry and on a schedule.

I think the main reason I keep going to this Hawaiian Bros is just because it’s so convenient for me. It’s close to work, and the parking/turn-in situation is easy, which maybe sounds like a small thing, but during lunch it matters. Parking has been fine every time I’ve gone, and I can usually grab my food quickly and get back without it feeling like a whole ordeal

The tables were clean , and the floors were okay . Nothing fancy , but it felt tidy enough while I was there .

I order from Hawaiian Bros often, and the rewards have been helpful. After a few visits I ended up getting a free plate, which was a nice surprise. The promo codes worked fine for me too, no hassle or anything confusing. Just easy to use, and it kind of makes me want to keep going back...

We got this for our office lunch and it went really well. The food showed up hot, which somehow always makes it taste better to me, and pretty much everyone was happy with it. I think if nobody is complaining after lunch, that basically means it was a win. I’d definitely order from them again

I tried a few of the sauces most of them were really good. They were sweet without being too much, and the spicy one had a nice kick to it. That said, I was kind of disappointed they didn’t give more on the side, especially since the sauces were the best part. Solid overall, but I do feel like they could at least acknowledge that and maybe be a bit more generous next time

Ordered from hawaiianbros the portions were way bigger than I expected. There was plenty of chicken and rice, and I even had leftovers for later, which is always a win. It definitely felt worth the money. I really hope they keep it this way though, because if the portions start shrinking, I’d probably start looking somewhere else

The weird part is, it looked like it should hit that plate lunch craving, but the flavors just felt kinda off to me. It didn’t really have that familiar, comforting taste I was expecting.
